We have formed 20nos of Mahila Mandal(self help group) at villages to Turekera block especially in enraging the women in participatoey with the menn and in each and every sphere of life.The awareness is created among the women.The Mahila Mandals is engaged in the women's small saving self help group, family welfare and women literacy programme.

The women were encouraged to participate in all the developmental activities undertaken by the Govt. for thid necessity of education.Thus the women were aware to participate in all the educational activities.Efforts were organize made through our organization SRI SRI GANGADEVI SANCHAR BAYAK KALA Mahila Mandals to bring the women, girl child to main stream of education through formal nonformal and literacy pragrammes.

The health programme of the children includes health education and health care.For this regular immunization camps were organized for all the nearby villages with the active the support from the staff of two vol,organization and medical deptt.We were able to provided sustainable health awareness education to a vast no of people of our project are through different meeting.Campus Media exposures visits and celebration etc.

The awareness programme includes organizing streets play,rally,posters and by conducting meeting in this programmes the evils and effects of polluted environment was focused.They were convinced not to do such work,which will caused environment pollution and to take such steps to check pollution.

Emvironmental pollution is an emerging problem in these days.Although it is acute in bigs cities still it's should not be neglected in rural areas.Because it will affect the enter environment in caurse of time.For the purpose of controlling environment pollution we have undertaken the following programme

For plantation we have collected seeds from the nearby forest, and after needing planted trees.Thus we have planted 20000 plants in 10 acres of Govt. land in Sargul G.P. Also we have taken periodically case to the plant for its better growth.

Education Development was among the proirity list of our organization. All though we have yet to received any grant from any authority for the purpose still we have been engaged for its development in several ways among them.

We were totally directly involved in the total literacy movement of the government the organization worked actively to fulfill the objectives of the literacy campaign in the entire 10 GPO of Turekela Block.

Awareness campaign was organized to let the people know about the.Also the people were given as idea for the value of their vote so that they will not be based in casting their vote to in efficient candidates during election in this programme we were organized the many camp in our project area.
